Drills Interview

In every job, successful employees are people who hold themselves accountable for results, and have a positive attitude about work. It comes as no surprise that the number one competency our clients want to be able to predict better are a candidate’s sense of accountability and attitude. As the fifth step in the Humatal Hiring Systems’ process, the Drills Interview was designed to uncover these two competencies by digging deep into the applicant’s perception of their past experiences.

The Drills Interview methodically examines the candidate’s individual successes and failures over the years, uncovering any “skeletons in the closet.” This interview is a valuable step in any selection process.

Drills Interview Check-up

Ask yourself the following questions about your current interviews:

     • Does our interview measure a propensity for success?

     • Do we have a structured process for digging into a candidate’s past?

     • Do we know what their greatest accomplishments have been in each of their last jobs?

     • Do we know their biggest failures in each of their last jobs?

     • Are we uncovering the real reasons why our candidates have left their last jobs?

     • Has the interviewer been trained on how to conduct a Drills Interview and what answers to look for?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, congratulations you don’t need Humatal Hiring Systems for your Drills Interview. If not, click here to connect with one of our consultants who can tell you more about our process.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
